CPT lightweight composite panel camper shells are designed for adventure seekers who want to build out their own dream units.
Proudly North American made with assembly locations in Canada and the USA, our camper shells are available as flat packs or completed campers. Choose from various box lengths, including 5’, 6’, 6.5’, and 8’, with options for over cab extensions up to 60”.
Made with laminated panels using gel coated FRP skins, and a combination of honeycomb and HD insulated foam core, there is no wood, or thermal transfer in these units. They are built to be strong, lightweight, and durable.
Type 1 – 6.5’ – 580 pounds
Type 2 – 8’ – 745 pounds
Type 3 – 5’ – 475 pounds
Type 4 – 6’ – 520 pounds
Standard units include the assembled shell, a rear doors with screen, and 2 side sliding windows.
